1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Charges

  • No Free Shipping: We do not offer free shipping. Standard delivery charges apply to all orders across Pakistan.

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the total package weight and delivery location.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days nationwide across Pakistan.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly during sales, high-demand holiday seasons, or due to severe weather/unforeseen courier delays.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for orders shipped across Pakistan.

  • Standard shipping fees apply to all Cash on Delivery orders and will be added to the total invoice amount.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or consignment number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

  • You can use the provided tracking number on the courier company’s website to track your parcel's live status.

6. Damaged or Delayed Shipments

  • If your parcel is significantly delayed or arrives with damaged packaging, please contact us within 48 hours with your Order ID and photos of the package.
